Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”No push notifications for new mail
Section titled “No push notifications for new mail”iOS Mail doesn’t support push for external IMAP accounts, only fetch intervals. This is an Apple design decision, not a rack::SPEED limitation.
Solution: Settings → Apps → Mail → Mail Accounts → Fetch New Data (iOS 17: Settings → Mail → Accounts → Fetch New Data) → at the bottom, set Fetch to an interval (e.g. every 15 minutes).
“Cannot Verify Server Identity” during manual setup
Section titled ““Cannot Verify Server Identity” during manual setup”The SSL certificate on mail.<domain> isn’t valid for this address.
Solution: Tap Continue, or replace the hostname with the server hostname from the panel (ends in rackspeed-cloud.de), which has a valid certificate.

Still stuck?
Section titled “Still stuck?”If the account doesn’t sync despite the profile or correct details: open a ticket in the customer center. Helpful: iOS version, a screenshot of the error message and the server hostname you used.
