Das Problem tritt nach dem entfernen der Payment-Filter Extension auf und kann leider nur direkt in der Datenbank behoben werden:

DELETE FROM `eav_attribute` where attribute_code = 'product_payment_methods';
DELETE FROM `core_resource` where code = 'payfilter_setup';
ALTER TABLE `customer_group` DROP 'allowed_payment_methods';

Anschließend muss der Cache geleert werden.

DATENBANK BACKUP ERSTELLEN NICHT VERGESSEN!!!
